Step by Step Guide For Charging An Airsoft Battery Without A Charger

For starters, you’ll need a battery charger of any kind for this process. Do not try this if you are not familiar with how electrical wiring works because doing it wrongly can damage your airsoft battery.

Here’s a detailed step-by-step guide to help you charge your airsoft battery correctly.

Step 1: Check To Be Sure The Voltage of The Wall Mounted Charger Suits Your Battery

Wall-mounted chargers are usually the best options, so it’ll be best to find an old one that’s no longer being used but still works. Cross-check to be sure it’s a good match for your battery. The voltage is usually indicated in the label, but finding the label may seem somewhat difficult since it’s old. You can also use a multimeter to detect the charger’s exact voltage reading. If you are using a multimeter, plug the charger into a power outlet and turn your multimeter on.

Grab and stock the red probe of the multimeter into the connector. Then touch the metal tip of the black probe on the barrel. The multimeter will read, showing you the reading of the voltage that’s coming from the charger. If it matches the voltage requirement of your battery, you can use it.

Step 2: Change the Connector Head of The Charger
